Address Change
ARE YOU MOVING OR PLAN TO MOVE WITHIN THE DISTRICT?
Permanent changes due to change of address should be submitted in Final Forms, along with the required documentation. If you've never logged into Final Forms, click Login and Forgot your Password.
If you are moving within the district and your MCS student lives with you the following is required to make the address change:
- signed deed
- signed lease agreement (all pages)
- signed settlement statement must be uploaded for us to make the address change
Changes will normally take 48 hours to go into effect. If families wish to have busing for their students in the interim, they will need to send a note to the school office requesting a temporary bus pass to the new address until the new busing goes into effect.
