Ian Orr was first elected to the Board of Education in November 2021 and reelected in 2025. He works as an Account Executive Officer with Travelers Insurance and has been named as a Top 20 under 40 Insurance Professional by the Cincinnati Insurance Board. He received his BA from Xavier University where he majored in Political Science.

Desiree Batsche

Desiree Batsche was first elected to the Board of Education in November 2019, and reelected in 2023. She is married to Andrew and they have two Mason graduates. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors degree in Sociology, specializing in Criminal Justice. Desiree served as Business Administrator for Batsche & Batsche Law Firm and as Director of the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center before taking time off to raise their children. Desiree is volunteer for the Warren County 4H program as a horse advisor.

Charles Galvin was first elected to the Board of Education in November 2017 before being re-elected in 2021 and 2025. He is the Partner in Charge of FBT Gibbons' West Chester, Ohio office (formerly Frost Brown Todd). He was appointed by Chief Justice Sharon Kennedy to serve on the Ohio Supreme Court's Commission on the Rules of Superintendence, and also serves on the Butler County Bar Association's grievance committee. Charles received his BA from Xavier University, where he majored in English and minored in Business, and his JD from Notre Dame Law School. He and his wife, Natalie, are the proud parents of three Comet Kids: Lydia, Liam, and Delaney. Charles enjoys being active in his church, spending time at the Mason Community Center, and cheering his kids on from the sidelines of their numerous extracurricular events.

Danni Tymitz was elected to the Board of Education in November 2025 and brings experience as both an educator and educational leader. She serves as an Educational Change Agent with Learn21, supporting school districts through instructional design, professional learning, and effective technology integration. A former elementary teacher, Danni holds certifications in elementary and special education, a Master of Educational Technology, and is a Certified EdTech Leader (CETL) and ISTE Certified Educator.
Danni is actively involved in the community, having served as a ruling elder at her church, chair of the Heritage Presbyterian Preschool Board, and a board member of the Mason Schools Foundation. She and her husband, Nick, are the parents of two Mason Comets—Liv (Class of 2027) and Elise (Class of 2029)—and enjoy supporting their daughters’ dance activities.
