About MI
Welcome to Mason Intermediate
We serve grades 5 and 6 and currently has approximately 1600 students. MI prides itself on having created a safe and engaging learning environment for our students, staff, and parents. As you walk into the building, you will notice several small communities set in "learning pods" in order to give students the feel of a small school environment. Our teachers constantly receive training on research proven teaching techniques and ways in which students learn best.
Mason Intermediate School believes in creating a "MI Strong" culture where every student has a voice and feels valued, has meaningful relationships with their teachers and peers, and owns the moment. We build experiences and lessons around culture, inclusive excellence and personalized learning. We are stronger together and must work to be better today than yesterday and better tomorrow than today.
We are truly blessed to have such great students and supportive parents and are pleased to welcome you as part of the team. In a collaborative effort with teachers, students, and parents, we believe we have built the best Intermediate School in the state of Ohio!
