PARKING GATE REPLACEMENT
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Mason City School District until 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 21, 2023, for the Parking Gate Replacement located at 6370 Mason- Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the office of Mr. Todd Petrey, Chief Operating Officer, located at the Mason District Office, 211 N East Street, Mason, Ohio 45040. The bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bids will be received for the General Construction Contract (Single Prime). The Bids shall be opened and read publicly. The probable cost for the total construction contract is $120,000. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Plans and specifications for the Project may be examined at the Architect’s Office or received on request via email from the Architect’s Office at clayton.arvin@vswc.com or jim@vswc.com.
Each proposal shall contain the name of every person interested therein. Each proposal shall meet the regulations of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including add alternates) or a certified check, cashier’s check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such review as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid for the Project.
ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS TO MASON ELEMENTARY AND INTERMEDIATE SCHOOLS
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Mason City School District until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, for the Innovation Hub Renovation to Mason High School located at 6100 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the office of Mr. Todd Petrey, Chief Operating Officer, located at the Mason District Office, 211 N East Street, Mason, Ohio 45040. The bids will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the site on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Meet at the entry to the Mason High School.
