Mason Shares "Anxiety 101" Resources for Families

Anxiety 101Over 350 Mason parents attended two Anxiety 101 sessions sponsored by Mason City Schools Counselors and the district's Safe & Inviting Schools Committee. Participants learned many important tips, but most of all, were reminded that "never in the history of the world has telling someone to "Stop Worrying" actually helped that person to stop worrying!"
